Treating Sports Injuries

Chiropractic adjustments improve joint motion and function. Adjustments also improve nerve flow throughout the body helping to restore mechanical integrity to the systems of the body associated with movement (I.e. Neuromuscular & musculoskeletal systems, & endocrine system, etc.). Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a multi-disciplinary system which enables Dr. Sahara to diagnosis all causes to the athlete's problem/ condition.

By using Chiropractic Kinesiology, there is no guessing in the athlete's treatment plan.  No experimental or risky drugs &/ or surgery.  As a result, the athlete tends to not only recover faster than traditional physical medicine specialists/ doctors, but exceed the athlete's expectations.

Due to the competitive nature of high level sports, athletes must not only stay injury free, but perform optimally on a consistent basis.  At the Sahara Clinic, each athlete will learn what is important to stay at an optimal level: structurally, chemically, and mentally.

Dr. Sahara has safer, legal alternatives for pain, recovery, and optimal performance.

Dr. Sahara recognizes that sometimes surgery and/or prescriptive drugs are necessary.  For instance, repairing a torn ACL knee injury requires a great surgeon.  The patient still needs Dr. Sahara to recover faster and back to his or her normal self.  Physical Therapy and rehabilitation is not the only answer!  Most of the time, traditional physical medicine just by itself takes too much time and does not guarantee optimal recovery.

Chiropractic Kinesiology is not only complementary, but necessary and essential to a serious athlete's recovery and optimal performance.

Without Dr. Sahara's help, the athlete is under a mediocre and archaic medical philosophy. Most of time it does not work and/or does not work quickly.
